It sounds great but I think you put the wrong file in the zip as I am pretty sure handling.cfg doesn't determine the colours of the cars in the game lol

well i really hate the original drab colors of SA so i converted my custom colors from vice.

theres about 20 already installed on random vehicles but you can change the colors around to suit your taste.

easy to install, directions in the readme.
so enjoy and leave some feedback if you want.
