Awesome work, xmen. Better than the old ones. Using it for good. But 1 more thing, could you make this compatible with GTA 3/VC too? I honestly don't like using IMG tool, it is not capable to add/replace more than 1 file at a time.
Guys, read this:
To make it work on Windows 7 x64, enter these on command prompt:
Make sure you have installed .net framework.
After that, try to run IMG Manager again.
Credits goes to NTAuthority for the trick

How to run it in Windows later than XP, i have Windows 7 x64:
Download Directx 9.0: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3
You may have to install .NET Framework 2.0 in Windows Vista: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en
Then open Command prompt in Accessories (cmd.exe), type it: %windir% slash Microsoft.NET slash Framework64 slash v2.0.50727 slash ldr64.exe setwow

hey man, instead of posting here cant you post in its forum topic so that you can be replied faster
anyway install Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package, its around 2 or 3 mbs, you can get the download link from readme or from forum topic, if any problem come in future then post in its topic(IMG MANAGER > Help > Forum)
May I ask why does it crashes when opening? Maybe you forgot to add something in the Readme
Before you ask:
