Same here as cvnsixty8 said. Playing on a laptop, I need this mod. Rain ruins time-critical missions for me with ridiculous lag (spin-outs in sports cars and whatnot.) TYVM!

Nice. No rain. I like the fact that if it is supposed to be raining you do see the overcast skies. Takes away the laggy rain, but still leaves the weather basically alone. Before to play this on my laptop had to use the sunny weather cheat code if it started to rain. Now the weather can still look foul without making my game go afoul. Good job.
