cuase the SF Plice was already done like Liberty City
but closed for some reason , remember the missions

rockstar whanted to do a mission where you enter
the Police Department and place the drugs there
but they closed it , but the interior stay there like
in Liberty City , so if you know some coding you should do it too .

p.s. i found a long time ago a mod where you can enter to liberty city with out any trobale , but the download was
demaged .

How did u actually do the coding I really would like to know. Because this way you can open up much more buildings like the donut shop or Sweets house etc
