Some parts of the map can sometimes flicker and distract from the game on PC
I tried to at least partially fix this issue in SA and VC
SA:
Changes can mostly be seen in countryside, but various buildings and areas were fixed as well
VC:
I didn't notice major z-fighting problems in Vice City, but sometimes Mainland can be seen flickering from the distance
