Some of the best mods for Grand Theft Auto are the ones that change the game in small but interesting ways. The Ped Prop Randomizer is one such mod.

This mod does exactly what it sounds like: it randomizes the props that peds (non-player characters) carry around. This includes things like umbrellas, phones, backpacks, and more.

The results can be pretty funny. For example, you might see a guy walking around with an umbrella in one hand and a pizza in the other. Or a woman talking on her phone while holding a fish under her arm.

It's a small change, but it's one that can add a lot of levity to the game. And who doesn't want to see a bit more of that in their GTA? File is also available at GTA Cache.
