I've recreated a cut car from GTA Liberty City Stories: Skoiloine (aka Elegy). I've used Standard SA Elegy as a base and using (almost) all textures from GTA LCS.
Features:
- Spoiler as Extra
- Tunable (SA Exclusive)
- Wheels from LCS (I've edited them)
