Based on SA Premier, this mod adds both Liberty City and Vice City variants, it's a lightless taxi.

Both works in VC, just the LC one is for GTA:LC mod. It was done if you want to use Premier there, but the VC style didn't fit.

Install
Put the "erm_(lc)premier.7z" into mvl/vehicles

This isn't Almost610's work, it's only another car which is similar.
