Vechiles Colour Changer

Description-> This script allows you to change the colour of your vechile. It is an in-game vechile colour changer. You can select your vechile colour from your custom colour instead of the carcols.dat specified colours.
Usages->
*Press the horn key to activate this script.
*Press the horn+radio key to scroll between the colours, applying them suddenly in your vechile.
*Press the camera key to reset the vechile colour and deactivate this script.
