Installation
! Always create backup before replacing files ! 

Manual method :

Make sure you have CLEO4 Library installed
Copy the files inside the "CLEO" folder to "GTA San Andreas\CLEO"
Replace "effects.fxp" and "effectsPC.txd" on the "GTA San Andreas\models"


Using modloader:

Copy "rasenshuriken" folder to modloader folder


How to Use?

Press "R" and "S" together to create rasenshuriken
