Version 1.3 update. I have fixed another major crash that occured during some of the Catalina misions. This bug is now (hopefully) error free.
Here's a list of everything that's been changed in this mod:
All barriers on the bridges have been removed.
The wanted level for leaving the cities is now removed.
All casinos, clothing, barber, tatoo, and food stores are accessible from the beginning of the game.
All weapons are available to be purchased from the Ammunation.
All 4 weapons challenges are playbale from the start of the game.
The 'Wrong Side of the Tracks' mission does not end when you reach the bridge to Las Venturas.
Many vehicles that spawn later in the game are available in the beginning.
The doors are no longer locked on the San Fierro airplanes.
There may also be a few more minor things as well. If you find something that's not on this list, let me know.
These are features the may be added to future versions:
Unlock all of the races.
Open up the 3 driving schools (not the flying one though).
These features are not (and will not be in future versions) unlocked:
You will still get wanted stars for entering the military zones or police impounds.
No additional weapons or pickups will spawn.
Interiors that you shouldn't be able to enter (Madd Dogg's mansion, the crack den, etc) will not be unlocked.
The Verdant Meadows planes do not spawn until you purchase it.
The rewards for the oysters, horseshoes, 100%, etc. will not be unlocked.
Strange... I play San Andreas without doing any of the missions on storyline - jusf for fun. I have GTA SA 1.0 US with no-CD Cracked .exe and my game works with no crashes related to this mod. Most of all crashes on my game was caused by various buggy CLEO scripts (I use CLEO 18.104.22.168F). You probably have any different version of SA or .exe version incompatible with this mod - as EU version 1.0, US version 1.01, 2.0 or 3.0.
