The mod brings you back the Cougar and Toyz vehicles.
The files are the original, extracted from the game and converted to mvl. cougar.txd uses virgo texture, and toyz.txd uses the toyz.txd from GTA 3, the .col and .dff are extracted from GTA Vice City
Read readme for installation, you need the latest version of MVL to make it work

Bugs
*Toyz when colliding with anything, the body won't take damage, however, it can still blow smoke and explode. Maybe Rockstar droped the Toyz too early and they didn't worked on the damaged body.
