New car reflections based on the PS2 version of San Andreas' reflections
In SA the reflection texture was made to imitate the reflection of a desert going by and a blue sky above, this mod uses the exact same blue hue but instead of reflecting a desert it reflects the new york skyline.
The 'clouds' were just a last minute 10 second addition and since it actually looked pretty good I left it in.
This was meant to be used with OnePiece's Tri-Pack so I'm not exactly sure what it would look like on the default cars.
First open the particle.txd file located in 'gta3/models' with TXDworkshop. Next locate 'reflection01', highlight it, then go to properties and make sure the 'compressed' box is ticked. Click ok. Then while having reflection01 still highlighted click import and find the new reflection01 image. Now if you have the compressed box ticked it should take a LONG time to import the image, because it's compressing it. (takes me like a couple minutes and txdworkshop tries to freeze). Lastly, after it's been imported, highlight it again and go to properties. Now UNTICK the 'compressed' box, click ok, and then hit the 'save txd' button at the top of the window.
