Allows you to fly in all directions, as well as go turbo in all directions (and noclip)

On foot
[look back] button to activate/de-activate flying mode
[forward][back][strafe left][strafe right] is horizontal
[sprint] is turbo
[jump] is fly up
[target] is fly down

In car (now you can play Space Taxi in GTA3!)
[horn] button to activate/de-activate flying mode
[gas][brake/reverse][turn left][turn right] is horizontal
[turret left/right] is turbo
[turret up/down] is fly up
[handbreak] is fly down

A: fly up (onfoot [jump] incar [turret up/down]
Z: fly down (onfoot [target] incar [handbrake]
E: fly forward (onfoot [forward] incar [gas])
D: fly backward (onfoot [backward] incar [brake/reverse])
S: fly left (onfoot [strafe left] incar [steer left])
D: fly right (onfoot [strafe right] incar [steer right])
Space: fly turbo (onfoot [sprint] incar [turret left/right])
Capslock: onfoot fly activate [lookback]
Shift: car fly activate [horn]

quirk: when activated and you touch the ground you bounce upward (not sure why yet)
