This mod add the angel from Vcs to Vc with MVL,
it do not replace the default one and it's driven by the bikers.
currently if you add any vehicle with MVL and used by an gang it will make the gang drive only the added one and stop driving the default one but you still see the default one spawned parked and in missions.
so hopefully that @maxorator will fix this.
How to Install the mod?
first install the latest version of maxo vehicle loader (Search in gta garage for the mod)
then after you installed it, simply put the "AnGeL_VcS.7z" in "Grand theft auto Vice City folder/mvl/vehicles"
and your done, just start the game and roll with your new Chopper.
Notes:
This convert may not be perfect.
If you have more then one vehicle used by same gang it will load one of them only (so again i hope that @maxorator will fix this too).
it uses the VC angel coll and Handling.

Yeah this is something I hope is fixed.
I have some decent cars I'd like to see gangs drive along side the originals but the latest update just seems to have broken something. Been like this for quite a while.
In an earlier version you were able to have multiple gang cars alongside the original.
A shame really.
I bought now 1 week vcs and I seen it. It is more better than original angel. Keep up. And try to do the vcs streetfighter or the vcpd police bike. 5/5. BTW put only the bikers to drive it. And please put a download link
If you want the replace ver. If you want to replace the angel (not adding) then take the txd and dff file and rename them to "angel" then replace them with "img tool" or any other img tool and in carcols.dat replace the data of angel with "angel, 1, 1" then you done installing it and start the game.
