Still being confused if it is a Thermal or Nightvision goggle?
This mod fixes the thermal goggles. If you look closely you can see, i edited the world skin to have purple instead of purple. and the icon also has purple to not be confused.

"Why does it help?"
This can help in normal gameplay when you see a goggle, just scope in and you will see if it's purple(Thermal) or Green(Nightvision), it can also help with stuff like DYOM while adding a goggle to a ped. Sometimes you get confused with the Thermal version and the Nightvision version.
