Installation:
Extract to CLEO folder. Put fxt file in CLEO_TEXT folder.

Usage:
Get busted, having wanted level greater then 2, such that you spawn at VCPD HQ and a cop will take you to jail. Tommy will call his lawyer and you will be bailed by Ken.
