pheonix with tuning parts
This is an pheonix with tuning parts, for example the roof scoop.
Installation
you need the lastest version of Maxo's Vehicle Loader.
after you install mvl put the pheonix_TP.7z file in the mvl\vehicles folder.
then go play vice city and spawn the car.
(note: to tune it press alt+7 to selcet the part and alt+8 to change the part)
