1. What You need:
 - Script Hook
 - ScriptHookDotNet
2. Put "WatchCats.cs" and "WatchCats.ini" into Script folder in general GTA folder.
3. Use INI file to configure options for Your game.

If You don't want help windows on top screen, turn SHOW_HELP to "false".
WORK_SIZE_OF_MOD - Gey cars around of this size. More = stronger PC.
TURNOFF-ON - change turn on and off script
ACTION_KEY - key what You use to:
-stop / accelerate cars on foot
-open doors in parked cars
-destroy and rotate cars when You are in car
-this key with MORE_POWER_KEY - make chaos when You are on foot
MORE_POWER_KEY - press this key and action key to make chaos!
INTERVAL - How often script will search cars
NUMBER_DESTORIED_CARS - how many cars can be destroied around - more = stronger PC
SIZE_OF_DESTORIED_CARS - this is attached with WORK SIZE OF MOD. More size = bigger chaos

4. Game use default 3 keys: Page Down [ON-OFF], X [Action Key] and Shift [More Power Key]
