skip the submission, like policecar = vigilante, taxi = taxi driver, medic, and firetruck

find and enter car which has submission (policecar, etc)
press HORN
wait ... bla bla bla ... and mission pass

recommended for game got crash/hang/freeze while working on submission

 NO NEED to start a new game, just LOAD the saved file
 GAME not crash
 if crash, just remove it
