(PLEASE NOTE: This mod is not originally by me, however I have made a significant modification to the original file. I didn't change the ReadMe file that came with the original. I do not have any previous experience with modding AT ALL so I really didn't want to bunk any information up by changing the creator's original words.)

Basically, press "6" and you will become the pedestrian to whom you are closest. A very good mod, but he designed it to only last about 6 seconds. Not long enough for me and what looks like a few others. I really wanted to freely play around as another person. The only difference I made to the file is the line of code that tells the mod to turn you back into CJ after a few seconds.
The original line read "33, 000." I did some math and realized I can't do math so instead of trying to figure out a set time I just changed the number to 999, 000, 000. That should be plenty of time for you to play to your heart's content.
If you do manage to play long enough to revert back into CJ your wanted level will go back to 0 if it has been increased.
I have tested this with Spaceeinstein's All In One Mod installed. It definitely works very well with it.
WARNING! I have tested this to some extent and I can give you a bit of advice on a few things you shouldn't do when using this mod. Doing ANYTHING below will turn you into a horrifying, mangled CJ that looks like he has been run through a meat grinder. No worries, turning the game off and back on will resolve the issue.
THINGS TO AVOID:
- Any cheat code that alters your clothing or body size. I haven't tried using the wardrobe, but I'm going to go out on a limb and not recommend it.
- Going into the Pointy Building in SF, the Pier Rooftop in SF, and the large tower in the desert behind The Big Ear.
- Dying.
I'm sure there are more ways you can screw it up. For instance, I haven't tried doing a mission as someone else. If there are any more bugs please list them below for others. I apologize, but I can't do anything about it. The fact that I figured this out the first time is a bloody miracle. Enjoy!

@Michael-Knight1 I was under the impression that I could if I had permission and gave credit. I mean I DID read the rules, but if I've violated some sacred author's code or misinterpreted something and they want to delete me then by all means they can. I never said I was a pro at this.
