The Lottery Must Go On

History
v1.0
	- You can choose your own lottery number in a ini file
	- At 16:30 you will know how much money you can win
	- At 17:00 the lottery is drawn
	- You can win $1000000
	- The lottery is drawn every day
	- The lottery cost $50 every day, you pay that at 17:00

True i agree with you MrShadowThing... i posted a mod today about that you can Spwan michelles MONSTERB truck and it has a awfully awesome skin i rate this mod 100/100
