RES: Real Environment SA

Real Enviroment SA is a mod that changes the "Environment" of GTA San Andreas such as new water, moon etc. Work is in progess and screenshots will be down below.

Important for people who want the muzzle flares! : YOU MUST HAVE INSTALLED A WEAPON PACK FOR THIS TO WORK. Not sure about all weapon mods but
GRIM's Weapon packs all work fine on this!

 - TimeCyc Weather
 - Smoke Effects in General
 - Water Splashes
