V1: You can hide from the police that the police don't know where you are, and after a while you lose wanted level

thx, and for me this mod sucks, is only a re-created mod that already exists, i have some better old things and there on my blog after i translate and publish it here
Very nice improvements . Have always wanted a mod like this to improve the police. I think next version should implement witnesses. Just because the police don't see you, doesn't mean to say an honest citizen isn't going to see it and phone the police. (also, upload your Starry Sky mod)
