ManDog - Me had a idea to make a mod which others failed to make, Vice City BETA.
I worked hard and long, to make this mod as it is now. All i hope is to complete and release it;
This 'mod' is planned to make all things existant from the BETA, missions, characters, player, map, vehicles, peds.
And loads more.
