iCEnhancer 2.0b (2.0 beta) for SA
I've decided to let you guys try the beta for 2.0 instead of letting Moddb seeing you guys are dedicated to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
It is an installer and will freeze at the enb palette due to its large size of 1gb compressed to 2mb.

Hello, Sorry about the "LOLOL" Thing, That file is from gta iv icenhancer and same with the effect text so icelaglace is to blame for the "LOLOL". I have realized that I have forgotten the D3D11.dll file and I am fixing it right now, ive been using it in my gta and i see a pretty fair difference between using it and just plain enb. And just letting you know, the gta_sa.exe is modified so it allows directx to do its stuff, thats why its in the installer if you are wondering.
I put the d3d11.dll as a proxy on the enb settings, it looks great but... its unstable, and crashes when you go into transfender or change radio station or NOS. Is it a memory problem?
It can't have DirectX 11, simply not working for SA engine, you would have to edit the Game engine which is impossible without the source code. the dx11_texture from IV icenhancer is a fake and in the dx11_settings.fx there's only "LOLOL" inside. I can't understand how this cudl affect the graphics in any way. even if they would have working code inside, they aren't loaded by the ENB dll.
