This mod reproduces the last pre 9/11 version of the game. It brings back the blue police vehicles, the PS2 roads, timecyc.DAT and particle.CFG, the beta carcols.DAT and re-adds the cut or missing loops on the radio stations.
It contains only the minor changes that have been cut because of 9/11 and it isn't intended to recreate the early cartoony beta version of 2000.

CHANGES ON THE RADIO STATIONS:
First of all, to have this working, you MUST install patch 1.1 or use a NoCD crack. Otherwise, you'll have the normal stations.
On Head Radio : the first text line of the Love Media promo is now full.
On Chatterbox : there're now some beta commercials that were cut (actually, I should work a bit more on this, don't get me wrong).
On Flashback FM : the mute dialogue line at 4:05 is now fixed.
