INTRO
This Mod is very similar to San Andreas,
i got this idea from somewhere in GTAFORUMS, where 360* camera rotation
is discussed, i don't remember Where it was, tell me if you know
FEATURE
Rotate the camera to any angle & increase its height according to you,
this can also help you in taking shots of your car,
INSTALL
Download & Open The File
install it in your GTA Vice City Folder,
USE
Get into any Vehicle & Press & Hold the "camera" key until you get your wanted
camera angle,
You may also increase or decrease the Height of the camera by pressing
"turret up/down" key & "turret left/Right" key respectively,
KEYS
Camera
this is the key by which you change your camera View,
it may be "v" or "HOME" key by default
turret up/down
the button by which you move your Chopper forward & backward
or you do Wheelie & Stoppie with your Bike
it is "9" & "6" by default
turret left/right
the key which is used to rotate the Chopper left & right
it should be "4" & "5" by default
Means
use "HOME" Key to rotate camera, "5" to decrease & "6" to increase the Camera Height

Its okay, I have started to work on SKC 2, for All Keys Problem.  Ok, I got the camera to work. I ended up pressing the plus and equals key to get it working. Forget my last comment.
>_> It seems that problems are all over the place. I installed CLEO just fine, the game recognises it is installed. So I put the camera mod in and CLEO now says that it has loaded 2 scripts as opposed to one... so it says it is installed I think.
But yet the camera does not move, I have tried all of the camera controls listed both on keyboard and for mouse but nothing happens.
I can't think why the camera won't move. Cleo 4 ??, oh man, its Vice city not San andreas Hello, I tried to use your CLEO tutorial to install the mod so I tried everything, but I still can't get it to work. I downloaded CLEO 4 then replaced that cleo (1.1.6) with the one on the tut (1.0.1.5), but there is nothing that says that there is a cleo in-game. I also put the camera mod into the vice city folder, but still nothing. Are there any videos you could point me towards please that give a step by step on how to install this mod? Thank you for any help and I have the Steam version if it helps. I am gonna do some for the Keys, wait a little more pls  Can you please show the video of it When i start the game i pressed insert button and i get in the car nothing works. This mod sounds really awesome, and I've tried installing it multiple times, but whenever I put it into the v 1.1.6 of cleo, nothing happens when I launch the game.
