This is just a simple cleo script everyone can create in 20 seconds , it enables traffic cars / planes when you are on some races / missions in-game which disables the traffic
Works great with other cleo race mods , this is the thing if you are looking for some more challenging racing



Requirement:
A computer which can run the game smoothly
You need Cleo mod installed ... I created this one on Cleo 3 but it should work with Cleo 4 ... I dunno ...


Installation:
Just put the .cs file into the GTA San Andreas/CLEO folder and you are done

Known issues:
Races are way more difficult , drive safely
It might conflict with some missions / other mods which actually disable the traffic ... but most of them won't... I dun have any ideas yet , if you encountered one , tell me ... I will try my best lol


The file is finally online after almost a month  , go ahead and test it out !
