Version v1.2 Released

INFO:

This mod changes the sh*tty water in gta sa to a look alike of the water in GTA IV
This is achieved by using a custom ENB config with a custom water texture.The water
texture is very important as it changes the ENB water color from blue(in sa)to IV like.

NOTE:Since hosting of ENB .dll files are not allowed.I have given the link to download the
files in the read me of the mod.
