This is the beta FBI Car found in SA's cutscene archive - it is incomplete and never appeared in game. I rigged it into the LVPD police car and added its VC Wheel so now it can be added into SA without crashing - it will replace the Vincent. Thanks Surya386 for the help with his beta Greenwood.
Because this car contains no damaging model and I'm not good to create 'em from scratch, I decided to change the carcol.dat so it always appears white, thus damaging model from the copcarvg could match the color with the car.

uhm i dont know why you made this a civilian car... you should make it a mod for the FBI not for vincent... but i like this mod and i am downloading it !

No, it IS the Police Car - what I did is restoring it. If it's about making a civilian version, there is already one, the LVPD civilian version.
