Command Line tools consists of tools to edit the GTA3/ VC archives via the use of console or Microsoft Command Prompt. It can be used generally for batch process.

I made it for GTA3 / VC modders especially who do Total Conversion mods.
I will include more tools in the future, and you can request right now

So if you find any bugs or have an interesting request then I will implement in the section.

1) Colrencmd - Its main purpose is to rename the collision models inside the Col archives
 Usage: ColRenCmd <COL ARCHIVE PATH> <Original Filename> <New Filename>
