This is a small flat screen tv with a short animated screen of the Prismriver sisters from Touhou Project dancing to 'what is love'. Of course their is no sound, but you will be able to tell what was implied. These TV's can be found in some safe houses, some burglary houses and maybe elsewhere too.
To install, just follow the readme.
You can use this in your mod as long as you give me credit for it.

I'm sorry for may be annoying, but how exactly you did this? What programms are you used? How you used it? I just need to edit default TV's for my own mod, and I'm noob at this.
I will be very grateful if you would help me on this, or will send a detailed tutorial. Anyway, mod is awesome. +5. That TV remindes me a GTA IV one.
You use an image tool to replace a couple of the old files in your GTA_INT.IMG with the new ones in this mod. If you mean how does it do it, its just a series of changing textures mapped to the screen and programed to display at a set interval to give the illusion of video. -Fox
