this mod worked in cleo3 and maybe in cleo4
now when you ride with your car and pass from junction,

if this junction had a traffic light
and it in red type, 
and police in near you in 50 meter
and this police spotted u
hehehehe
u give 1 star and police follow u
enjoy it


installation
only you should copy .cs file in folder to cleo folder in gta path

now "laws for cj" linked with "traffic light"
when you pass red light you give 500$ fine
