This mod will fix both rain bugs for gta iv patch 1070! No longer will it rain inside and you will have rain collision back! Note: scripthookdotnet.asi must be removed from game folder if you have it or this will not work as the asi is one of causes of the bugs! This may also work on other patches but is untested! install read me in file!
