Description 
DIC Editor v3


Description

A simple tool that helps you edit .dat/.ide/.cfg/.ped/.zon files which are located in the games "data" folder. It works of San Andreas & Vice City and could work for GTA III, but it hasn't been tested yet.

Installation

Simply extract all files to the game's location/folder.

Download v3.1 here.

Aren't they all text files with different extensions? Just associate them with Notepad or your favorite text editor. No need for useless tools.
