VC Fonts & HUD Colors for SA
Requires CLEO 3 or 4.
Changelog:

-Entered car name color, zone name color, health color, clock color, money color, wanted star color, radio station color changed.
-OnePiece's HD Fist icon added.
-Vice City fonts converted.
v2(Awaiting approval):
-Wanted level stars appears even if player don't have wanted level.
-Mission marker changed with pink one.
-Mission subtitle font metrics fixed.
-Vice City M16 aim texture added.
-"You are here" thing in map changed with Vice City one.
-Arrow from pause menu is removed.
Actually I was planning adding VC style radar icons in v2 but I didn't add due to radar ring color editing is currently impossible.
Thanks to who find this memory addresses.
I dunno if the author still has an eye on this mod, but I'd like to see an .ini file to control the hud, as some players (like me) want to get the hud color, but not mission marker colors, and such.
