INSTALL:
*you must have cleo for vice city
if not download from sannybuilder.com
*YOU WILL ALSO NEED A WINRAR
*extraxt each mod file into the cleo folder in gta-vc root dir

MODS AVILABLE:
*SPEED O METER IN MPH / KPH (get in a vehicle & see)
*GO THROUGH WALLS (press & huld jump button)
*swimming in style (hold space for jump)
*damage meter (get inside a vehicle & it shows vehicle's health)
*feul indicator (tells how much fuel is left)
*Airbone stunt mod (watch yourself when ever your car or bike is in air)
*power_vehicles (sit in vehicle & it will become all proof)
