These scripts generate properties around SA, locations are more or so chosen random and to my taste since this is experimental but complete in its purpose. Scripts are easy to change in Sanny Builder; I consider these scripts open to all to edited, customized, and expanded upon as there are no example CLEO property scrips around that I can find.
They all work in unison together if you choose to use more than one. Each property generates an asset of either $5000 for smaller businesses or $10000-$15000 for larger more expensive businesses once bought. The money spent buying properties is recorded in stats accurately.

$15000 - Smaller Businesses
SF Properties (6)
$20000 - Smaller Businesses
$120000 - Stadium
LV Properties (4)
$30000 - Smaller Businesses
$150000 - Casino
This mod of mine is old has issues where it sometimes spawns multiple houses, assets after saving. Beware of this, I was unfortunately never able to fix this.
They don't appear on radar, I have not been able to find a list of icons able to be used in game for the radar. I'm not really interested in expanding it though, I put them together for personal use and just felt like sharing them.
Nice mod Do these also show up on the map ? And by 'generating assets', does that mean that after you buy them, the dollar sign appears outside the house, so you can collect money from the business ?
