Description 
Hello Everyone! I have created this mod from scratch! Yes Scratch! The mod brings the smoke effect from the EFLC to San Andreas! The mod is a cleo, yes. Very simple, get a parachute, jump, and activate the smoke!

yeah, well the reason why i chose the foot is because GTA EFLC it comes out of the left foot, and the mod is called EFLC Parachute smoke effect :/

Can you add 2 versions? So that one comes out of the foot, and one comes out of the backpack? I don't like the foot one. >:C
