Description

This was originally created by Alexander. Modified to be smaller by ThePredatorFPSB.

How to install:
1. Place the Radar.ini file in your GTA4 HUD folder
2. Same goes to the Health.txd and Armor.txd.
3. Startup the game and your HUD is smaller. ;D
