Description 
This mod lets you to have your SA-MP skin really unique (but unsynced).
Basically, mod changes your skin, and no one else is affected by that. For example:
Player 1 has male01 skin, player 2 has male01 too. Player 2 uses Personal Skin Changer to apply for him his unique skin. Player 1 skin is untouched, and he sees Player 2 as male01 too. So you don't have to wear rare skin to make you look really unique.

Mod has been designed mostly to use at Role Play SA-MP server, but can be used in Single Player too.

Installation:

    

  1. Paste skinchange.cs and skinchange.ini to CLEO folder (at least CLEO3 is requied to run this modification).
    2. 

  2. Import your skins to GTA3.IMG (first skin with persn1 name, second with persn2 and so on).
    3. 

  3. Open skinchange.ini and change "Number of installed personal skins" from 0 to desired number. Max allowed number is 35.
    4. 

  4. Launch SA/SA-MP, and use PgDn + 1-9 and PgDn+ A-Z (A selects 10'th skin, B 11'th etc.).
    5. 

  5. Use PgDn + 0 to restore your old skin.
    6.

I'm having a problem with this mod, I'm experienced with modding. I do this stuff all the time, but for some reason i'm getting a freeze when i press pgdown+1, like the model isnt loading. I then tested it with 3 more. Same freeze.

Not a fan of CLEO mods, but this one is really something! One of the best GTA mods I've ever seen! Good work :)

Really good CLEO mod. Now i can use Tommy and Claude (GTA 3 Model) in GTA United. ;)

@Cristian91CJ You have to put personals under 'persn' names in gta3.img (add files, not replace), so first personal will be persn1.dff & persn1.txd, 2nd will be persn2.dff & persn2.txd and so on. Can't see any diffuculty in that.

@cropicko Read mod description carefully: 'lets you to have your SA-MP skin really unique (but unsynced)' Making other players see your unique skin is impossible. It is only personal for you.

@cropicko Are you sure that you've installed all files correctly? @lssj3whitefang Mod works in both Single Player & SA-MP. If it is crashing for you, then I think that you didn't place 'persn' skins in your gta3.img.
