Rustler Biplane & Seaplane
by 22ndTG
for GTA San Andreas

Rustler (SA WW2 plane) converted to seaplane & biplane configuration. Replace the only one seaplane in SA, Skimmer.

Replace old skimmer.dff & txd with my files
