You've just re-installed a few mods
but no sooner have you started the game it hooks permanently?
I've solved with this little script Cleo the problem.
Instead of 100% speed, it is now running at 140%!
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST STUPID MOD I'VE EVER SEEN!!

Good mate, i am using a new ENB, but it is heavy so it lags. Hope this helps
for ppl with loads of mods around this thing is a blessing... rly... works well for ppl that cant bother waiting for stuff

yea, nice. my GTA3.img is about 1.2GB big and my effects/particle.txd are about 18mb together, so my game lags sometime

Some effects, such as fire, let the game
often be slow.
