Description 
This is my new Ultimate NEON Pack.It Has A Lot Of Colors.Its Good To Look At.

This Pack has 7 colors:

1.Black
2.Blue
3.Green
4.Orange
5.Red
6.White
7.Yellow

AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALPHA IMAGES IN V1.1 SO IT WONT LOOK "LIKE A BLOCK/UGLY"

Useless mod! just a big rectangular block... much work should hav been done! ;)

Not Realistic. Just a big blocky rectangle under every vehicle. But the Variety of colors helps get this a 2.
