This is a unique Black Rumpo from mission 'Under Surveillance' in GTA III. It can now be found on city streets in addition to the other colours. Installation instructions are in the readme. Enjoy!
There is also UCV in misison Give Me Liberty The light green Kuruma but not on on strees it's more like mixed, more like turquoise When you Drive 8-Ball I compared it with the one on streets the LGive Me Liberty one is More darker
