this map i made @LAn2.IPL ( downtown los santos )... i made the office at 20th floor , there a:


front office (lobby)
officedesk
meeting space
kitchen & outside corner ( break through the hollow door n wall )
big boss room ( you r the owner of ur company ) 
exit the building ( just walk/stand to the lift door )



Installing :

replace txd in gta3.img file ... with my txd files ( use imagetool or ultimate editor )
put my cleo files into your cleo folder ( this is for teleport bring you to there )
copy/paste LAn2.IPL (in my "map" folder) into \data\maps\LA
