Minnesota State Trooper CV-PI Skin for Grand Theft Auto IV
As the title would suggest, this is a simple Minnesota State Trooper skin mod for GTA IV. I designed it myself, otherwise I wouldn't be releasing it. I will convert it to GTA San Andreas for those who may want it.
The mod only comes as a skin until I can get the approval to distribute it out as a fully packaged texture and model, which I know would be easier.
This skin should work with most if not all standard CV-PI models. You should be able to find many of them here on GTA Garage, if you need help finding one, let me know.
this skin is amazing! but is there anyway you could give the entire car? what i mean is in your video you have all LED's: lightbar, grill, deck... thats what i was hopeing for but its got regular everything. if you can do that, it would be outstanding!
Sure, I can see about getting you the entire packaged model, although I'll first start by noting I only made the skin.
