Update 9-25-10
So I figured out that the interior of the car was white, I fixed it now, Included in the download is the cruiser, and a surprise to the people who downloaded it, as a way of saying sorry for the error.
Grand Theft Auto 3 originally had Police Cars as Blue and White, rather than their current black and white. Because Liberty City is based on New York. However after 9/11 Rockstar changed the colors in the Police Cars and the Enforcers to Black and White, but noticably, the Helicopter, and Predator Boat, still have these original colors (Lazy Rockstar), for what reason, I don't know

If you can make it so the police car can be edited in the carcols.dat, that would be great.
