i dont want nobody to edit/modify/change/upload/host without my permission.

there's a safehouse in Rockshore west in the south-east of Las Venturas. the look is very poor and ugly. so i decided to make it better. therefore i added new good quality textures to it.

Installation:
simply use IMGTOOL or any other IMG file editor to open GTA3.img and replace vgesvhouse01.txd with mine.

this is the final version of this mod. if i decide to change this building again, i would make a brand new mod.
